Information in the enquiry form
The form collects company and brand names, contact name, work email, official website, product URL, enquiry type, message and acknowledgement of this notice. This information is used to assess product-information submissions and sponsorship enquiries. Please do not include sensitive information.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the site’s separate Cloudflare D1 database. Access is limited to authenticated operating tools. Enquiry data is not published in product JSON, analytics events or ordinary application logs. The site does not send automatic confirmation emails.
Retention
Inactive enquiries are assigned a 180-day retention period. Operators run the authenticated retention task as part of regular maintenance. Ongoing enquiries may require a documented, updated retention decision. Daily salted network fingerprints are used only for request limiting and are removed by the same maintenance task after expiry.
Analytics and cookies
No site analytics identifier is currently configured. Optional analytics will require a separate configuration and consent implementation before activation. Our hosting platform may process security and operational information to provide access to the site.
